Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one tap from Profile → Billing, or via the App Store / Google Play. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no fine print, no clawbacks.
What's included with the free plan?
Twenty vault items, five GPS locations, one active reminder, and keyword search. Forever, with no card on file.
Will I be charged when the trial starts?
No. The 7-day trial requires a payment method but isn't charged until day 7. We send a friendly in-app reminder on day 6 so the renewal is never a surprise.
How does the family plan work?
Family covers up to 6 members under one subscription. Each member has full Premium access plus the shared family vault, activity feed, and room map. Caregivers can be added with read-only access.
Is my vault data really private?
Vault content lives encrypted at rest. Hidden items use on-device biometric protection and are excluded from search, family sharing, and notifications. We never sell data and never train ads on your vault.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of an unintended renewal. Email [email protected] with your order ID and we will process the refund and cancel future billing.
Are there hidden fees or countdown timers?
